Service Description

-Party hires cost 150 euro plus a 75 euro deposit. 225 euro will be taken at the time of booking, with the 75 euro deposit refunded after your party, providing that the hiring agreement and terms and conditions have been fulfilled. -Max 50 people - including children. -The venue can be rented for 4 hours, weekly from 12:30pm to 20:00pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 9.30am -13.30am and from 14:00pm-18:00 pm. The time of your reservation includes set up for decorations and cleaning. You MUST arrive and leave on time. No sooner nor later. It is possible to extend the hours of booking from 18:00 to 20:00 , which cost 25 eur extra per hour. contact us for arrangements. -Friendly and inviting space, with lots to keep the kids amused! Our venue is an indoor playground area best suited to children aged 6 and under with a ball pit, a fun slide, a wooden playhouse, role play areas and a huge variety of toys and books. We also have a cupboard full of supplies for arts and crafts. For your littlest ones, we have baby bouncers, a baby swing and a baby box. Alongside these play areas are comfy seating areas for the adults and a small kitchen area. fridge, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities. Should you wish to use them, please make sure the kitchen is left clean and tidy before you leave and disconnect applies to minimise risks. Note that we have coffee/tea facilities , however we do not provide coffee/tea supplies. -Little babies crawl in our space, hence no shoes can be worn inside. -Unfortunately it is not possible to make use of the garden . -You are allowed to use your own decorations , however no latex balloons are not allowed as popped balloons are a choking hazard for crawling babies. Foil baIloons are allowed. If you wish to decorate the walls , please use washi tape, instead of cello tape which could cause damage or leave permanent marks to the wall. - We do NOT provide entertainment and/or catering but we provide cutlery. You can bring your own food and drinks, with the exception of nuts and cocktail/toothpicks which are forbidden inside the facilities. Food and drinks are ONLY allowed in the first room where the tables and kitchen area are located. You must ensure the cutlery is washed and tidy up. -Ensure the place is tidy and cleaned before you leave . Cancellation policy

Events- Cancellations are non refundable, however the tickets may be transferable to another person Party and Play dates - Cancellation must be made 72 hours before the start of the booking. Cancellations are non refundable and they will be replaced with a voucher to be used within 3 moths on that specific service. If a lock down makes use of the voucher impossible the time will be extended equal to the length of the lock down Playgroup - Cancellations are not refundable and must be made no later than 8.00 am on the day of the start of the playgroup. We will offer you the possibility to attend another playgroup session within 2 weeks. If you hold a monthly membership and you failed to cancel on time, the duration of your monthly pass will be reduced by one calendar day.
